COVID-19 Update
We continue to screen everyone for symptoms of COVID-19.
In compliance with the Washington State Face Covering Requirement, patients and visitors are required to wear a mask in our facility. A mask will be provided if you do not have one.
Patients who decline to wear a mask will be rescheduled.
For patient and staff safety, if you have symptoms, please call us and we will reschedule appointments.
