Dr. Nguyen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and advanced eye surgeon.

Dr. Michelle Nguyen is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a strong foundation in clinical care and surgical intervention.

She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Health San Antonio, where she served as Chief Resident and earned the Leone Resident of the Year Award. Prior to that, she earned her medical degree with distinction from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.

Dr. Nguyen has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications across subspecialties, including retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics. She has presented nationally on innovations in telemedicine, surgical outcomes, and ophthalmic education. She is especially passionate about expanding access to eye care, fostering meaningful relationships with her patients, and staying at the forefront of ophthalmic advancements.

In her free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking, traveling, and walking with her dachshund, Bailey. A devoted sports fan and plant enthusiast, she brings warmth, curiosity, and dedication to both her patients and her community.
