FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-5 North and travel to EXIT 208, Arlington. Turn right onto Hwy 530, heading east. About 3-4 miles you will reach the traffic lights, and you will see a sign announcing Highway 9.

Turn right on Highway 9, heading south. About a mile on Highway 9, you will notice that there is a road running under Highway 9. Look for the next traffic light intersection which will be Highland.

Turn left on Highland. This will be a residential area. Continue through the first 4-way stop, continue several blocks to the next 4-way stop (Stillaguamish)

Turn left on Stillaguamish. Half a block up you will see Cascade Valley Hospital on the left. The Harman Eye Clinic will be directly across from the main entrance to the hospital. You can follow the 'H' signs from the freeway.

FROM THE NORTH: Take I-5 South and travel to Exit 208, Arlington. Turn left onto Highway 530 and follow the above directions.

What to bring with you!

Make the most of your appointment time. Your Doctor will want to review your medical history as well as address your eye care concerns. You will get more out of your appointment if you stop now and prepare.

1. Bring any eyeglasses or contact lenses you currently wear.

2. Bring a list of all current medications.

3. Bring a list of serious illnesses or surgeries in your past.

4. Bring a list of your current illnesses or report on your wellness program.

5. Bring your insurance card and referral from your primary Doctor if your insurance requires a referral. Or, if you are paying cash, bring your credit card or checkbook. Payment will be expected at the time of your appointment and on the day of surgery. You may wish to take advantage of CareCredit or ChaseHealthAdvance, and can apply on-line before your appointment.
