FUTURE DIRECTOR OF ASC CAREER
The Harman Eye Clinic is actively recruiting the future Director of The Harman Eye Surgery Center.
Position: Head Nurse, Director of ASC
Reports: Executive Director
Position: Working ASC Registered Nurse Director of ASC.
Ideal candidate is able to excel as manager while working with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RN's, surgical technologists, CNA's, pharmacist and administrative support staff.
* is responsible for assuring that the ASC's manuals, environment, and staff is consistently in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
* is responsible for arranging for quarterly quality insurance meetings. Candidate will meet with her/his staff monthly for updating training. Candidate will attend weekly all-staff meeting to stay current with entire clinic.
* functions as a pre-op or OR registered nurse on surgery days.
* is responsible for ordering all supplies for the ASC.
* is responsible for maintenance of ASC equipment.
* recruits and hires all ASC staff, with approval of the executive director.
* is be responsible for actively valuing and promotion of The Harman Eye Clinic's commitment to patient service, namely providing extraordinary care to every patient.

Make the most of your appointment time. Your Doctor will want to review your medical history as well as address your eye care concerns. You will get more out of your appointment if you stop now and prepare.
1. Bring any eyeglasses or contact lenses you currently wear.
2. Bring a list of all current medications.
3. Bring a list of serious illnesses or surgeries in your past.
4. Bring a list of your current illnesses or report on your wellness program.
5. Bring your insurance card and referral from your primary Doctor if your insurance requires a referral. Or, if you are paying cash, bring your credit card or checkbook. Payment will be expected at the time of your appointment and on the day of surgery. You may wish to take advantage of CareCredit or ChaseHealthAdvance, and can apply on-line before your appointment.
